The Minnesota Department of Revenue has opened up the dispute process for business’s not receiving the Covid-19 Business Relief Payments. The opportunity to inquiry about receiving payment will close 5 February 2021 so time is of essence. Here is the link to the eligibility and program requirements page for the Posts to review to make sure they are eligible for the payment; https://www.revenue.state.mn.us/covid-19-business-relief-payments. A lot of Posts did not receive payment due to their NCIS code classification with the state unemployment office.
