What: 2020 Department of Minnesota Convention
Where: Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel in Morton
When: July 15-18
Kickoff: Department Executive Committee meeting at 7 p.m. July 15
Host: Redwood Falls Post 38
The 2020 Department Convention will be July 15-18, 2020, at Jackpot Junction in Morton, hosted by Redwood Falls Post 38. The actual convention will start July 16, but some committee meetings will start on July 15 around 4 p.m., with the Department Executive Committee meeting at approximately 7 p.m. Registration and reservation information is listed below. The convention sessions for the Legion and Auxiliary will be at Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel just south of Morton.
Registration is $15 per person until July 1 and must accompany each registration form. After July 1, the registration fee is $18 per person. Checks should be made payable to: American Legion Post 38 with Department Convention written on the memo line. All delegates, alternates and guests must pay the registration fee. Registration form(s) and check(s) should be mailed to: Redwood Falls Post 38, P.O. Box 354, Redwood Falls, MN 56283.

You must make your own housing reservations directly with the hotel. Hotel rooms are $90 plus tax a night. Make your reservations as soon as possible. Reservations will be taken on a “first-come-first-served” basis.
Housing information and a registration form will also be appearing in the upcoming Minnesota Legionnaire.
