Sponsored by St. Paul American Legion Post 8, this walk starts at 1 p.m. and begins and ends at the Veterans Service Building, 20 W. 12th St., at the Minnesota Capitol Complex in St. Paul. It is the building directly across the lawn from the Capitol.
