2020 scholarship winners named

The American Legion Department of Minnesota Americanism Committee has announced winners of 2020 scholarships.

Memorial Scholarship
• Morgan Frederick, Plymouth, $500, headed to the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities
• Taylor Barber, Spicer, $500, headed to Saint Benedict College
• Lindsey Espeseth, Erskine, $500, headed to University of Minnesota, Crookston
• Kennedy Truscinski, Greenbush, $500, headed to University of Minnestoa, Rochester
• Dena Fischer, Ottertail, $500, headed to Minnesota State University, Moorhead
• Vanessa Peer, Cannon Falls, $500, headed to University of St. Thomas

Foundation Scholarship
• Anna Roiger, Mound, $500, headed to the University of St. Thomas
• Greg Holst, Eyota, $500, headed to Minnesota State University, Mankato
• Marcus Uthke, Eyota, $500, headed to University of St. Thomas

Nurse’s Training Scholarship
• Maggie Marx, South Haven, $1,000, headed to Southwest Minnesota State University
• Megan Crist, Cambridge, $1,000, headed to Concordia College, Moorhead
• Grace Sinclair, Blaine, $1,000, headed to College of Saint Benedict.
