The Disabled Veteran Deer Hunt happens the first full week of October at Camp Ripley. It is organized and operated by Minnesota Veterans Outdoors, which is a collaboration of The American Legion, DAV, VFW, Elks, Paralyzed Veterans of America, Military Order of the Purple Heart and Minnesota V4V.
