Applications for The American Legion National Leadership College are now available at Department Headquarters.  The college will be held October 25-30, 2009.  Eligible Legionnaires should have war era dates from 1982 or later.  Candidates from any other war era may be considered based upon the Department's concurrent submission of a candidate with wartime service during or after the Lebanon/Granada period.  Acceptance of candidates from earlier eras may be limited by the availability of seats.  Candidates must also complete The American Legion Extension Institute prior to submitting their application.
