2008 Department Convention
Bloomington, Minnesota -- July 17-19, 2008

Official 2008 HOUSING INFORMATION

The official headquarters hotel for both The American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary is:

All Convention sessions for both the Legion and Auxiliary will be held at the hotel.

The deadline date for making reservations is June 15th. After June 15^th, all rooms will be released to the general public.

Be certain when you complete your housing request form you indicate your choice of accommodations.

The first night's deposit is required to process your housing reservation. Make your check payable to: Sheraton Bloomington Hotel.  (You do not need to include the tax.)  Or you can use a major credit card for your housing reservation. Be certain to note the type of card it is, the account number, expiration number and your signature.

REGISTRATION is $12.50 per person until June 15^th and MUST accompany each housing reservation request. After June 15^th, the registration fee is $15.00 per person.  Make out a separate check for your registration, made payable to

THE AMERICAN LEGION CONVENTION CORPORATION.

All delegates, alternates and guests MUST pay the registration fee. You may not charge your $12.50 registration fee to your credit card.

Traditional King     $117.00 plus tax

• Traditional two (2) beds   $117.00 plus tax
• Cabana Rooms     $130.00 plus tax
• Cabana Suite    $185.00 plus tax
