CONVENTION HOUSING INFORMATION
Rochester Department Convention, July 22-24, 2010
All Department members who plan to attend the Convention and seek housing at the Headquarters Hotels,
the Rochester Marriott for the Legion and The Kahler Grand Hotel for the Auxiliary, are urged to make a reservation in advance of the deadline of TUESDAY JUNE 22, 2010.
PLEASE NOTE - THERE IS ANOTHER CONVENTION IN TOWN THIS SAME WEEKEND SO MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS
EARLY!
All those planning to attend must also complete a registration form.
Please use a separate registration form for each person attending and note that the registration must be paid by separate check payable to: American Legion Convention Fund.
RESERVATIONS: For the 2010 Department Convention, hotel reservations will be done
"on your own" by contacting the individual hotel yourself. Please call the number listed below to make your reservations.
