American Legion Family Hospital Association
The Minnesota American Legion Family Hospital Association was created by a resolution passed at the Department’s 4th annual convention in 1922. Its mission is simple:

To help veterans who have serious medical needs but lack the money to pay for specialized care.

Over time, the association expanded to serve veterans from World War II, Korean War, Vietnam War, Cold War, Persian Gulf War and the Global War on Terrorism.
